We Build What You Need: How Feedback Shapes Our Platform

When we say ryco.io is built around educators, we mean it. Every feature, update, and tool you see on the platform exists because someone asked for it.

Our product development isn’t about guessing what teachers might need—it’s about listening, building fast, and improving constantly based on real feedback.

How We Work

We run our product development in two-week sprints, and it’s all about listening, deciding, and doing:

  • We gather feedback from the people who know best—our users.

  • We list what’s working, what’s not, and what’s missing.

  • We meet weekly with our product team to discuss, vote, and decide what’s the top priority.

  • We focus on what can realistically get done in two weeks—and then we get to work.

  • At the end of the sprint, we review progress, launch updates, and start all over again.

It’s fast, flexible, and driven by you.

What That Looks Like in Real Life

We’re not just saying we listen—we prove it with action. Real examples?

  • You wanted a llama (or dinosaur) avatar to follow you around the ryverse? We added it the next day.

  • Need more languages supported? We made it happen.

  • Asked for better communication tools on the platform? Already working on it.

If you ask for it, we will try to build it.

Why It Works

Because we don’t just build a platform—we build it with you. Your classroom, your challenges, your ideas—they shape everything we create.

We know educators don’t have time to wait months for updates. You need solutions now. That’s why we move quickly, stay flexible, and let your feedback guide every sprint.

Looking Ahead

The version of ryco.io you see today? It's built on your ideas.

The version you’ll see tomorrow? That'll be built from your next ideas.

So, if you’ve got something you want to see on the platform—we’re all ears. Let us know. We’ll get to work.
